Common questions

Will this lock us into a specific platform?

No. Automations are built on proven tooling your team can operate, and the logic and runbooks are documented and handed over. You can maintain or move them without us.

What happens when an automation fails at 2am?

Failures alert a named owner and route the affected item to an exception queue rather than disappearing. Silent breakage is the thing we design against.

How is this different from an AI agent?

Automation follows fixed rules deterministically; an agent handles judgment inside guardrails. Many systems use both — automation for the plumbing, an agent for the decisions.

Do you rebuild our processes or automate what we have?

We map and simplify first. Automating a broken process just makes the mess faster — removing unnecessary steps usually comes before any build.

How much of our process can realistically be automated?

The honest answer comes out of the Review: some steps should be automated, some removed, and some kept manual because a person genuinely adds judgment there.
