01
How work actually moves through your business today — tools, handoffs, workarounds and the gaps between them.
02
Ranked by operational impact and effort, with a clear view of what is worth doing first and what is not worth doing at all.

Where the operation depends on specific people, and which decisions need a defined human approval point.

The single highest-leverage system to prove first, scoped small enough to demonstrate value quickly.
05
A sequenced plan your team can execute — with us or without us.
06
If you decide to proceed, you know exactly what it costs before anything starts.
How it runs
Two structured working sessions with the people who run the work, plus a review of your existing tools and reporting. Enquiries are treated as confidential, and we are happy to begin under an NDA before reviewing sensitive operational details.

Deliberately excluded
Being specific about scope is part of being honest about what a fixed fee buys.
Reasons not to proceed
A review that only ever recommends building more is not an honest review.
Pricing
If you proceed with the recommended build, the full review fee is credited against it. And the review is designed to be worth having on its own — the systems map, risk review and roadmap are yours to keep either way.
No subscriptions, no open-ended consulting. One scope, one fee, one deliverable set.
What happens next
No. And if you want confidentiality formalised first, we are happy to sign an NDA before scoping conversations — client information is treated as confidential by default either way.
You do. The systems map, the risk review and the roadmap are yours to keep, whether or not you build with us.
No. The roadmap is written so your team — or another vendor — can execute it. If you do proceed with the recommended build, the review fee is credited in full.
Process walkthroughs with the people who run the work, and a look at your existing tools and reporting. We ask for the minimum access required.
The credit applies in full against the first approved build that follows the recommended pilot in the roadmap, agreed in writing before work starts. It is not a general discount against unrelated work.
It is a paid, scoped deliverable with a fixed set of outputs — not an open-ended sales conversation. That is also why it stays useful even if you never build with us.
