10X is an AI-native company. We use AI where it demonstrably improves speed, cost or quality — and we are transparent about it.

Where AI is used

AI may be used in drafting, analysis, creative production and automation delivered as part of our services. Human review applies to all commercial decisions and client-facing deliverables.

Ownership of deliverables

Deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement belong to the client on payment, as set out in the engagement agreement — including AI-assisted work product.

Disclosure

Where content is substantially AI-generated (for example AI video variants produced at volume), we will say so when asked, and label it where the distribution platform requires labelling.

Quality standard

AI-assisted or not, deliverables are held to the same standard: if it is not good enough to stand behind, it does not ship.
