Client Data & Confidentiality

Our work regularly involves access to commercially sensitive client information — sales data, supplier terms, systems and processes. This page states our standing commitments.

Confidentiality by default

Client information is confidential by default, whether or not an NDA is in place. We are happy to sign NDAs before scoping conversations.

No cross-client data use

We do not share, pool or reuse one client’s commercial data for the benefit of another client. Case studies are published only in anonymised form or with written permission.

Access control

Access to client systems is scoped to the minimum required, logged where the platform allows, and revocable by the client at any time. Credentials are stored in managed vaults, never in documents or chat threads.

AI tooling

Where AI tools are used in delivery, client data is processed under the data-handling terms of vetted providers, and sensitive data classes are excluded from AI processing unless expressly agreed in writing.

Website Mini Systems Review

The public AI Consultant is a preliminary interview. Answers are sent to the configured model provider only to generate the on-page Mini Review. 10X does not keep a cross-device copy of the interview unless you choose to send the result. Sending the result uses the same enquiry channel as other site forms.
