10X operates across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, with delivery and partner networks reaching wider across Southeast Asia and into China for sourcing and procurement work. Regional operations are not a vertical we studied — they are where our operating experience comes from.
How we work with AI
AI is the default consideration in everything we design — and we are specific about where it earns its place. We use it where it demonstrably reduces cost or increases speed at acceptable quality, keep humans at every commercial decision, and skip it entirely where it would just be theatre.
Why ownership and decision authority stay with you
A system that only your vendor understands is a liability wearing a feature’s clothes. Code, accounts and data are built to remain yours, documentation is written so your team can maintain what we build without us, and commercial decisions keep a human approval point on your side — not ours. Depending without needing to is the goal; permanent dependence is a failure mode we design against.
How we handle claims, proof and confidentiality
We would rather describe an operational change honestly than invent a percentage that sounds better. Every public claim on this site is checked against evidence before it is published, and illustrative material is labelled as illustrative. Because our work involves commercially sensitive information, client details are confidential by default, and case studies are published only in anonymised form or with written permission.
