Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does 10X guarantee sales?
No. 10X is accountable for the production system, agreed deliverables, quality controls and structured improvement process. Sales are affected by product, offer, inventory, pricing, platform conditions and customer behaviour.
Is all content generated by AI?
No. AI supports parts of research, drafting, production, localization and workflow execution. Humans remain accountable for direction, quality, claims, brand fit and final decisions.
Can we use 10X for one-off videos?
The Content Engine is designed as an ongoing operating system rather than a marketplace for isolated low-cost videos. Limited pilot scopes may be considered where they support a longer-term fit assessment.
Who owns the content?
Ownership, usage rights and source asset requirements are defined in the commercial agreement and AI and Content Rights Policy.
Will our data be shared with Boughtnex brands?
No. Client-specific creative, performance, product and commercial information is separated and is not used to guide Boughtnex brands.
Can we request category exclusivity?
Category protection may be discussed depending on category, geography, scope and commercial terms.
Which markets do you support?
The initial operating focus is Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
How quickly can we start?
Start timing depends on fit assessment, capacity, onboarding requirements and client readiness.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rules are defined in the approved scope. The service does not include unlimited revisions.
Can you publish content for us?
Publishing or account management may be available only where included in the agreed scope. The initial core offer focuses on the content operating system.
